Questions sponsors ask
If your question is not here, ask it on a scoping call and you will get the same kind of answer.
Who will I actually talk to?
The pharmacometrician who does the modeling, from scoping to sign-off. Specialists who join are introduced by name.
When is the right time to involve you?
Before a study is locked, when the design can still change. Otherwise, as soon as a readout lands. You only need the question.
Can you work with our CRO?
Yes. We take SDTM, ADaM or raw data, and the delivery date starts when the agreed data arrive. Details.
How do pricing and milestone payments work?
You get a fixed price after the scoping call, paid in two parts: when you approve the analysis plan, and when we deliver the report and assessment table. Prices are quoted per project, not published; Pricing sets out the terms.
What if the analysis turns out to be harder than expected?
That risk is ours: it is the point of a fixed price. If the honest answer changes, you hear it while there is time to act.
What counts as a change, and what does it cost?
Revisions within scope are included. Anything new is priced from the add-on menu before we start.
What do you guarantee, and what not?
The delivery date, the documentation standard and our support through agency questions. Never regulatory acceptance.
Is this ICH M15-ready?
Yes. Each question of interest gets a documented M15 assessment, the analysis plan is approved before modeling, verification is documented, and code and data are delivered. M15 is a framework, not a guarantee of acceptance. Our M15 guide.
Our data are sparse, or messy. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Sparse sampling is what population models are for. What matters is reliable dosing and sampling times; where they are not, we say what can and cannot be concluded.
Which software do you use?
NONMEM, PsN, nlmixr2, PKNCA and PK-Sim. Where we have the choice, open tools, so you can reopen your work without a licence. Environment.
Where do the agents stop and the scientist start?
Custom-built agents, running on our own servers, prepare datasets, draft code and text, and reproduce analyses. Every estimate comes from established software, and every decision is made and signed by a person.
Where does my data go?
It stays on our own access-controlled servers, is never sent to external AI services, is never used to train any model, and is deleted 24 months after the project, or earlier on request. AI processing can be switched off for sensitive projects. Trust and data handling.
How is confidentiality handled?
We sign your NDA before seeing anything non-public, and never publish client results without written permission.
What happens if you're unavailable?
A second pharmacometrician follows every active project, and each milestone comes with a full handover package.
Do we own the model, the code and the data?
Yes: datasets, code, model files, logs and reports, all re-runnable.
Still have a question?
Ask it on a 15-minute call with the person who would do the work.
