Who is responsible
pmxstudio.ai is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@pmxstudio.ai.
What we collect, and why
- When you request the guide or a call, or write to us: your name, work email, company, role and what you tell us. We use it to answer your request. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
- When you book a call, the scheduling provider (Cal.com) processes your name, email and chosen time on our behalf.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and in our email system. We keep it only as long as we need it to answer and follow up on your request, and delete it whenever you ask. We never sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@pmxstudio.ai. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
