Every project has a fixed price, quoted after the scoping call. It does not move within scope.

Delivery runs from receipt of a clean, analysis-ready dataset. Prices are quoted per project after the scoping call.

Each week of delay on our side is credited at 10% of the price, up to 30%, and deducted from the final milestone.
Add-on menu
No change orders. Anything new gets a fixed fee, quoted from this menu within 24 hours, before we start.

Termination and refunds
Can we stop a project?
Yes, at any time, in writing. You pay for milestones already reached and a pro-rated share of the current milestone, capped at 50% of it. You receive everything produced up to that point: data, code, run log and drafts. The full terms are in our standard MSA, available on request.
What if the data do not support the question?
We tell you as soon as we see it, with the evidence. You choose whether to adjust the question, which we price from the add-on menu, or to stop under the terms above. We do not quietly narrow the question to fit the budget.
